The Trefeurig Wall Hanging

On the 21st May 2010, former Ysgol Trefeurig headmistress Mrs Valmai Jones (left) unveiled the Trefeurig wall hanging created by the 60+ group. The hanging depicts the villages surrounding the school.

The 60+ group worked for over a year to create this beautiful and intricate art work using drawings and photographs of the area. 

A set of cards has been produced, each card showing one of the panels of the wall hanging and one showing the whole work. These cards, which are blank inside, can be purchased either individually, or as a complete set. All proceeds from the sale will be used to keep the school building going.

Cards with envelopes cost 65p each and the complete set of 10 cards costs £5
